The Baker Hughes "MARC" program ensures compliance with all managerial and technical skill standards required for the maintenance and repair of Masoneilan valves to meet high-quality standards. - Implementation of Baker Hughes’ quality standards and quality management system.
- Rapid spare parts supply: Maintenance centers with MARC certification stock spare parts that customers may urgently need, providing quick procurement when required.
- Maintenance and repair operations carried out by valve maintenance technicians certified by Baker Hughes. (Marc Level-1 and Marc Level-2 certifications are obtained through training provided at Baker Hughes centers in Europe.)
- Establishing internal training systems and equipment to ensure continuous technician training.
- Maintenance and testing equipment used comply with international and Baker Hughes standards.
- Organizing workshop layout and maintenance environment in accordance with the standards.
